  • Sugar1 cup
  • Margarine120 g
  • Lemons7 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Lemon zest1/2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and margarine. Beat with the help of a whisk until I get a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add the lemon zest and mix well.
  3. Then add the wheat flour.
  4. Squeeze 4 lemons into a cup and fill with water until you get 1 cup exactly. Gradually add to the dough.
  5. Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spatula.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. Roof: Pour the condensed milk into a refractory, put 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and then add the juice of the rest of the lemons. Just mix (does not go in the oven)
  8. Then just put the icing on the cake and serve.
