Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Pure Thai or Sicilian lemon juice1 cup
Natural yogurt (optional)170 g
Lemon zest to taste

Beat the condensed milk, the cream, the natural yogurt and the lemon juice in the blender.
Crumble the cake on a platter, wet it with a little orange juice. Add a little of the lemon mousse and repeat layers until the mousse runs out.
Melt two white chocolate bars of 90 g each. Add a little cream and make a white chocolate ganache.
Pour over the last layer of mousse and sprinkle with lemon zest. take it to freeze for +/-3 h.
