Lemon cake

Numa tigela, adicione os ovos, o açúcar, o óleo e o sal.
Misture tudo com a ajuda de um batedor de arame (fouet) ou garfo.
 Em seguida adicione o leite, as raspas de limão, o suco de limão e misture mais um pouco.
Depois adicione a farinha de trigo e misture até que fique bem homogêneo.
Por ultimo, acrescente o fermento em pó e misture delicadamente.

 Then add the milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix some more.
Then add the wheat flour and mix until it is very homogeneous.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.

7. Leve para assar em forno médio preaquecido, 180ºC, por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
Modo de Preparo da Calda:
1. Bater tudo no liquidificador, o leite condensado, creme de leite e o suco de limão em pó. Depois de pronto e só cobrir o bolo.

Syrup preparation method:
1. Beat everything in a blender, the condensed milk, the cream and the powdered lemon juice. Once ready and just cover the cake.
