- In a blender put all the ingredients (except the lemon and condensed milk) and beat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Pour the dough into a greased mold and into the oven at 180° - 200°.
- In a container pour the condensed milk and the squeezed lemon, stir to the point you want.
- After the cake is baked, remove it from the mold and wait for it to cool down.
- Put the lemon cream on top and finish with lemon zest.
- Help yourself.
