- Flour2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Lemon juice1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Lemon juice3 unit(s)
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
- Beat the sifted yolks, sugar and margarine until you get a fluffy cream.
- Add the flour, milk and lemon juice, mix and beat a little.
- Turn off the mixer and gently add the yeast and snow whites.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes in a 22 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle greased.
- While the cake is baking, place the condensed milk, lemon juice and cream in a bowl until you get a creamy mixture.
- Now just put the icing on top of the cake and decorate as you wish.
