- Mix the ingredients in a pan and take it to the medium fire, always stirring until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Allow to cool slightly and place on a plate lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Let it rest for at least 3 hours and then just roll it up and decorate as you wish.
