Lemon and chia cake

Bata no liquidificador as gemas o açúcar e a manteiga.
Ou na batedeira os ovos, depois acrescente o açúcar a manteiga. 
Em seguida junte o suco de limão as raspas o leite e bata bem.
Despeje a mistura em uma tigela e acrescente a chia e  aos poucos a farinha de trigo e  mexa com uma colher de pau.
Por último o fermento e mexa delicadamente.
Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido por 35minutos.
Para fazer a cobertura misture açúcar e o suco de limao em um recipientes. Acrescente a água aos poucos até atingir o sabor desejado.Mais ácido ou mais doce como você desejar.Despeje sobre o bolo e decore como desejar.

Beat the yolks, sugar and butter in a blender.
Or in the mixer the eggs, then add the sugar to the butter.
Then add the lemon juice, zest and milk and beat well.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chia and gradually the wheat flour and stir with a wooden spoon.
Finally the yeast and stir gently.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
To make the icing, mix sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the water little by little until you reach the desired flavor. More acidic or sweeter as you wish. Pour over the cake and decorate as you wish.
