- Beat the yolks, sugar and butter in a blender. Or in the mixer the eggs, then add the sugar to the butter. Then add the lemon juice, zest and milk and beat well. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chia and gradually the wheat flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Finally the yeast and stir gently. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. To make the icing, mix sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the water little by little until you reach the desired flavor. More acidic or sweeter as you wish. Pour over the cake and decorate as you wish.
