  • Milk600 ml
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Coconut milk150 ml
  • grated coconut100 g
  • Clove6 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Soak the corn overnight. .
  2. With the help of a sieve, drain all the liquid from the corn.
  3. In a pressure cooker, place the water, corn and a pinch of salt. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Turn off the fire, take off the pressure and add the rest of the ingredients and stir constantly until all the liquid dries up.
  5. Transfer the cream to a pyrex. Garnish with ground cinnamon and let cool before serving.
