- Soak the corn overnight. .
- With the help of a sieve, drain all the liquid from the corn.
- In a pressure cooker, place the water, corn and a pinch of salt. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Turn off the fire, take off the pressure and add the rest of the ingredients and stir constantly until all the liquid dries up.
- Transfer the cream to a pyrex. Garnish with ground cinnamon and let cool before serving.
