- Sugar-free peanut butter1 teaspoon
- Xylitol2 teaspoon
- Ghee Butter1 teaspoon
- Crushed peanuts for rolling1 cup
- Put all the ingredients in a pan, except the crushed peanuts to roll the brigadeiro.
- Mix with the fire still off.
- With the medium fire on, stir until you can see the bottom of the pan or that it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Place in a jar in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
