Ingredients
Recipe

Whole milk powder (nest)4 tablespoon
Whey protein vanilla flavor4 tablespoon
Dr Peanut peanut paste very good flavor2 tablespoon
Mineral or filtered water4 tablespoon

In a bowl put the powdered milk and whey protein and mix well
Add the water gradually until you form a very consistent cream (Nutella texture)
Place half of this cream in silicone cupcake molds
Inside this cream add a tablespoon of peanut butter in each mold (it will be the filling)
Cover with the rest of the white whey protein cream
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
unmold carefully
Serve then well chilled 😋
Great snack or pre workout option 💪
