  • Stevia or erythritol, granules1/4 cup
  • 1 softened coconut oil1/2 tablespoon
  • Almond flour3 cup
  • Tapioca flour3 tablespoon
  • Baking soda1/4 teaspoon
  • Krosher Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Large eggs2 unit(s)
  • Melted coconut oil1/4 cup
  • Sugar-free maple syrup2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
  • Softened cream cheese8 ounce (oz)
  • Erythritol Powder1/4 cup
  • Milk3 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Extract2 teaspoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a baking sheet with some cooking oil spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and granulated sweetener.
  3. To make the dough: use two bowls. In the first bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together until combined.
  4. In the second bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
  5. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough ball starts to form.
  6. Sprinkle some almond flour on a large piece of parchment paper and begin rolling the pan into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle.
  7. Use a brush to evenly spread the softened coconut oil over the surface of the dough.
  8. Evenly sprinkle the oiled dough over the cinnamon mixture.
  9. With parchment paper, roll the dough. Cut into 12 rolls and place them on the prepared plate.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top.
  11. To make the glaze, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  12. Add powdered sweetener, vanilla and 2 tablespoons of milk.
  13. Beat until creamy, adding more milk one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
  14. When the cinnamon rolls are ready, let them cool down a bit. freeze
  15. Then just serve!😉
