  • egg | 1 unit(s)
  • oat flakes | 2 tablespoon
  • small mashed banana | 1 unit(s)
  • Water | 1 tablespoon
  • tapioca starch | 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence optional | 1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil | 1 ml
  • Cinnamon | 1 to taste

Recipe

  1. Beat the egg, oatmeal, mashed banana, water, tapioca and vanilla in a blender until you get a firm dough. Grease a shallow frying pan with the oil and pour the dough, forming a disk. Cook over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes and turn over, allowing the other side to brown for the same time. Remove from fire. and eat at will
