  • refined sugar | 1 kg
  • water | 2 cup
  • unflavored gelatin | 4 tablespoon
  • gelatin with your favorite flavor | 1 unit(s)
  • sugar for sprinkling | 0 to taste


  1. In a pan, mix the water in a bain-marie with the unflavored and flavored jellies.
  2. Once the jellies have melted, add the sugar and stir well until all the sugar is dissolved.
  3. When boiling, continue stirring for about 5 minutes and turn off the heat (the mixture should be liquid and homogeneous).
  4. In a greased shape with margarine, pour the mixture and let it rest for about 24 hours so that it gains firm consistency (you can cover the shape with a dish towel, if you want).
  5. The next day, remove the dough from the mold, cut it into small pieces and shape it in the shape you want.
  6. To finish, pass the jujube in the sugar and wait for it to dry.
  7. Now just enjoy!
  8. If you prefer the jelly beans to be more consistent, just wait another 2 days (after this last step) to taste the gummy candy.
