  • Cup of homemade or natural yogurt170 g
  1. Prepare the gelatin following the instructions on the box. Place in the fridge until hardened.
  2. After the gelatin has hardened, put it in the blender with the yogurt. Beat for 2 minutes!
  3. Place in a refractory or in bowls for dessert. Put in the fridge for 4 hours!
  4. Super easy and refreshing for this summer!
