  • Sugar200 g
  • Water200 ml
  • Lemon juice1 tablespoon
  1. Sanitize the jambos removing all wrinkled parts. Cut into pieces and bring to a boil with water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Place in a blender and liquefy. After liquefied, return to the pan and add the sugar and lemon, bring to the fire until it reaches the point of jelly.
