  • Butter45 g
  • Wheat flour150 g
  • Milk200 ml
  • Gems3 unit(s)
  • Sugar70 g
  • Sour cream50 g
  1. Bring the water and butter to the fire, when the butter melts add the flour and stir until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, add a pinch of salt mix and turn off the heat and let it cool
  2. Once cool, add the beaten eggs, mixing slowly until the dough is incorporated, place in a pastry bag.
  3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, model rotating in circles twice, forming a nest and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. For the cream, mix the yolks, sugar and vanilla and beat until light, Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and flour, mix well
  5. Bring the cream and milk to a boil and when it starts to boil add the beaten egg yolks, stirring constantly until it thickens, transfer the cream to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let it cool.
  6. Remove the Zeppoles from the baking dish and fill with the cream, Sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with cherry.
