- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks250 g

- Maizena Biscuit2 unit(s)
- Mounting 2 packages of Maizena Biscuits semisweet chocolate shavings to decorate
- Brigadeiro: In a pan, place the Chocolate, the MOÇA Milk, the butter and mix well. Bring to the fire, stirring non-stop, until the mixture unglues from the bottom of the pan, as in the brigadeiro point. Turn off the fire, add the Milk Cream, mix and wait for it to cool. Reserve.
- Mounting: In a round shape with a removable base or rim (24 cm in diameter), grease the bottom and sides with butter. Place a thin layer of brigadeiro and distribute the Cookies all over the bottom of the form. Cover this layer of Biscuits with brigadeiro and repeat the layers, finishing with brigadeiro, reserving some TOSTINES Biscuits to decorate. Let it freeze for 4 hours and unmold. Decorate with crushed cookies and chocolate shavings. serve.
