  • Sour Cream200 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Oreo cookie packs2 unit(s)
  • Sugar100 g
  1. Add the condensed milk, the cream and the butter in a heavy-bottomed pan. Take it to the fire, always stirring until it unglued from the bottom of the pan, the point is the brigadeiro point. Break the cookies and add to the still hot brigadeiro. Mix it all up.
  2. Take a greased shape or covered with plastic film, add the contents of the pan and spread it evenly over the shape. Then cover with plastic film and take it to the fridge and leave it there for at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove from the fridge, unmold, remove the plastics and spread the sugar (can be regular sugar or icing sugar). Cut with a knife or your favorite cut. Wrap in cellophane plastic or place in a refractory to serve!!!!
