Ingredients

  • Gelatin flavor to taste (I used strawberry) | 3 unit(s)
  • Water | 2 l
  • Sour cream | 200 g

Recipe

  1. Prepare the gelatin normally, using 2 liters of water.
  2. When it's ready, put it in the blender along with the cream, beat everything for 5 minutes.
  3. Place in molds (I used 11cm) Place in the fridge for at least 3 and a half hours. Unmold, Yields 8 servings.
