  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Whole milk01 cup
  • Cinnamon powder01 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk01 can(s)
  • Yeast01 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour02 cup
  • Margarine to taste
  1. Start by greasing the mold with plenty of margarine so that the condensed milk doesn't stick to the mold when you unmold it.
  2. Add the condensed milk in the mold and, while mixing the dough, leave the mold in the freezer for the condensed milk to harden a little.
  3. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, oil and mix well.
  4. Then add the milk, cinnamon, flour and stir until smooth.
  5. Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.
  6. Gently transfer the dough to form.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Tip: - grease the mold with plenty of margarine so that the condensed milk doesn't stick when unmoulding; - do not use a very large round shape, opt for a smaller one.
