Untar BEM com manteiga e enfarinhar uma forma redonda, de buraco no centro. Despejar o leite condensado todo no fundo da forma e reservar.
Colocar em uma tigela, ovos, leite, açúcar, baunilha e óleo. Mexer com um batedor ou fouet até incorporar bem. Acrescentar o chocolate e a farinha até ficar bem misturado. Adicionar o fermento envolvendo bem.
Virar a massa no centro do tubo da forma reservada, com cuidado até acabar toda massa.
Levar para assar em forno preaquecido 180°C  por + ou - 1:30hr. Na dúvida, faça o teste do palito. Se sair limpo estará assado. 

Grease well with butter and flour a round shape, with a hole in the centre. Pour the condensed milk all over the bottom of the mold and reserve.
Put in a bowl, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and oil. Stir with a whisk or whisk until well incorporated. Add the chocolate and flour until well blended. Add the yeast, mixing well.
Turn the dough in the center of the tube of the reserved form, carefully until all the dough is used up.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for + or - 1:30hr. When in doubt, do the toothpick test. If it comes out clean, it's done.
