  • Chocolate powder1 cup

  1. Grease well with butter and flour a round shape, with a hole in the centre. Pour the condensed milk all over the bottom of the mold and reserve. Put in a bowl, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and oil. Stir with a whisk or whisk until well incorporated. Add the chocolate and flour until well blended. Add the yeast, mixing well. Turn the dough in the center of the tube of the reserved form, carefully until all the dough is used up. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for + or - 1:30hr. When in doubt, do the toothpick test. If it comes out clean, it's done.
