Inverted Banana Cake

CALDA: Leve 2 xícaras de açúcar ao fogo até derreter. Depois acrescente 1 xícara de água e deixe incorporar até formar uma calda( tipo a de pudim). Espalhe numa forma redonda e coloque as bananas fatiadas por cima da calda.

Syrup: Take 2 cups of sugar to the fire until melted. Then add 1 cup of water and let it incorporate until it forms a syrup (like pudding). Spread in a round shape and place the sliced bananas over the syrup.

MASSA: Junte a xícara de açúcar restante e os ovos e bata na batedeira por 10 minutos. Desligue a batedeira e acrescente os demais ingredientes e misture bem.

MASS: Add the remaining cup of sugar and eggs and beat in the mixer for 10 minutes. Turn off the mixer and add the other ingredients and mix well.

Despeje a mistura na forma caramelizada e com as bananas.
Assar em forno médio por aproximadamente 45 minutos, depende do forno, desenforme ainda quente desprendendo dos lados com uma faca.

OBS: CUIDADO QUANDO FOR DESENFORMAR, A CALDA ESTARÁ LÍQUIDA E QUENTE. DESENFORME PRÓXIMO A PIA.

Pour the mixture into the caramelized form and with the bananas.
Bake in a medium oven for approximately 45 minutes, depending on the oven, unmold while still hot, loosening the sides with a knife.

NOTE: BE CAREFUL WHEN UNMOLDING, THE GRILL WILL BE LIQUID AND HOT. DESIGN NEAR THE SINK.
