  • Water1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Hot milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour29 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Banana to taste
  1. Syrup: Take 2 cups of sugar to the fire until melted. Then add 1 cup of water and let it incorporate until it forms a syrup (like pudding). Spread in a round shape and place the sliced bananas over the syrup.
  2. MASS: Add the remaining cup of sugar and eggs and beat in the mixer for 10 minutes. Turn off the mixer and add the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the caramelized form and with the bananas. Bake in a medium oven for approximately 45 minutes, depending on the oven, unmold while still hot, loosening the sides with a knife. NOTE: BE CAREFUL WHEN UNMOLDING, THE GRILL WILL BE LIQUID AND HOT. DESIGN NEAR THE SINK.
