Ingredients

• Eggs | 03 unit(s)
• Demerara sugar | 03 cup
• Oil | 1/2 cup
• Wholemeal flour | 02 cup
• Yeast | 01 coffee spoon
• silver bananas | 07 unit(s)
• Grains and Raisins |  to taste

Recipe

1. Beat the banana, the eggs, the oil, the sugar in the blender. hit well
2. In a bowl put the flour with baking powder, make a well and put the dough and mix everything until it is homogeneous.
3. If you prefer, you can put your favorite grains or raisins in the dough, in this recipe I put chestnuts inside the dough and raisins outside.
4. Grease the pan and place the cake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
