Ingredients

  • Cornmeal | 2 cup
  • Wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Margarine | 3 tablespoon
  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Milk |  to taste
  • Guava |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, sugar and yeast.
  2. Add the eggs and margarine (room temperature) and mix well, add the milk little by little because it's just to bind the dough, so it goes very little
  3. Model the broinhas and decorate with the guava, place in a greased shape leaving space between them as they will grow a little
  4. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
