- Pineapple in syrup30 g
- Cherries30 g
- Peanut Butter15 g
- Fresh cream130 g
- Strawberries to decorate to taste
- Combine all the ingredients marked "for the meringue", prepare an Italian meringue and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mature the peanut butter and the chopped fruits, remembering to take the pants out of the pineapple before using.
- Beat the cream in medium peaks and add to the bowl with the fruits.
- Gently fold in the meringue until smooth.
- Place the mixture in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
- Serve ice cream in glasses decorated with strawberry
