Egg whites for the meringue90 g
Sugar for the meringue180 g
Water75 ml
Almonds30 g
Nuts30 g
Pineapple in syrup30 g
Cherries30 g
Peanut Butter15 g
Fresh cream130 g
Strawberries to decorate to taste

Combine all the ingredients marked "for the meringue", prepare an Italian meringue and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mature the peanut butter and the chopped fruits, remembering to take the pants out of the pineapple before using.
Beat the cream in medium peaks and add to the bowl with the fruits.
Gently fold in the meringue until smooth.
Place the mixture in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Serve ice cream in glasses decorated with strawberry
