- Wheat Flour600 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Margarine or butter250 g
- Sugar200 g
- Lemon Juice5 cup
- Lemon zest to taste
- condensed milk2 can(s)
- whipped cream to taste
- Mix the flour, margarine, eggs and sugar until dough forms.
- Done that, open the dough in a shape with a removable background, and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
- In a bowl mix condensed milk and lemon juice and set aside.
- After the dough bakes and has cooled down. Pour in the lemon mousse. And finish with chanyilly and lemon zest. Or as you prefer, take it to the fridge for 30 min. Then serve! 😋👨🏾🍳
