condensed milk395 g
Sour cream400 g
Pulp of 3 passion fruit200 g
Butter1 dessert spoon
Whipped cream mix200 g
Granulated chocolate2 tablespoon
Semisweet Chocolate100 g

In a pan, I put the condensed milk, cream, butter and took it to the low fire stirring well until it was in a spoon brigadier point.
In another pan I put the passion fruit (I used a blender without water and passed it through a sieve to remove excess seeds) I left it in the fire until it reduced and looked like jelly.
When both the white brigadeiro and the passion fruit reduction were already cold, I mixed them together, it turned out to be a very tasty cream.
In the mixer I beat the chantilly, after beating I mixed the passion fruit brigadeiro, added the granulated chocolate and took it to the fridge until it was very firm, decorated with melted chocolate and some pieces of chocolate.
