- Well-ripe crushed plums70 g
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Quark/natural yogurt100 g
- Liquid sweetener (optional) to taste
- Core and mash the plums with a fork.
- Melt the chocolate with a little milk in the microwave. In a donut mold, I poured some of the melted chocolate (I divided it to make 2 units) and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes to solidify.
- I made a layer of natural yogurt (If you are very greedy, add a little sweetener to the yogurt). I placed the crushed plums on top of the yogurt and finished with more melted chocolate (I reserved a little).
- I took it to the freezer for 3 hours (until completely frozen). At the end, I unmoulded it and to make both parts round, I poured the remaining chocolate in the mold and placed the donuts upside down on the part where it was smooth.
- I removed it 15 min before serving time 🤤
