- Coconut milk200 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Cornstarch2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Coconut flakes to decorate to taste
- Mix condensed milk and cornstarch in a pan until dissolved.
- Add the cream, coconut milk, grated coconut and margarine.
- Take to the low fire, always stirring, cooking until thickening. Keep on fire for another 2 minutes and turn off.
- Pour this mixture into a glass refractory, sprinkle coconut flakes to taste and place in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- After that time, remove from the fridge, serve and enjoy this sensational cold dessert!
