- Dark or milk chocolate200 g
- Ice cream bag (Coconut filling)10 unit(s)
- Condensed milk395 g
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Canned fresh cream (whey-free)300 ml
- Grated coconut (can be packaged or fresh)200 g
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave (30/30 seconds) and set aside.
- Filling
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
- With the help of a pastry tip or other smaller bag, place the chocolate in the ice cream bags.
- With a funnel, pour the coconut filling into the bags.
- Seal the bags tightly and place in the freezer until frozen.
