Dark or milk chocolate
Ice cream bag (Coconut filling)
Canned fresh cream (whey-free)
Grated coconut (can be packaged or fresh)
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave (30/30 seconds) and set aside.
Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
With the help of a pastry tip or other smaller bag, place the chocolate in the ice cream bags.
With a funnel, pour the coconut filling into the bags.
Seal the bags tightly and place in the freezer until frozen.
