Melt the chocolate and mix it with two boxes of cream.
Unite a form with butter and pour the melted chocolate. Spread it all over. Take it to the freezer until the preparation is finished.
In a pan, mix the milk, condensed milk, vanilla and the sifted egg yolks until creamy.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar and then carefully mix the remaining cream with the help of a spoon.
Wait for the cream to cool down, and mix it with the egg whites gently.
Add this mixture to the mold, cover with plastic film and put it in the freezer for 6 hours.
To unmold, carefully pass the knife around and, if necessary, heat the bottom of the mold a little.
