SORVETE 
Bata no liquidificador o leite condensado, a maisena, o leite e as gemas 
Depois coloque em uma panela e leve ao fogo até formar um creme, mexendo sempre, deixe esfriar 
Bata 4 claras  em neve, misture o creme de leite com as claras, depois misture com o creme e bata na Batedeira por 5 mim 
Coloque numa forma de pudim com a calda e leve ao congelador 

ICE CREAM
Blend the condensed milk, cornstarch, milk and egg yolks in a blender.
Then put it in a pan and take it to the fire until it forms a cream, stirring constantly, let it cool.
Beat 4 egg whites, mix the cream with the whites, then mix with the cream and beat in the mixer for 5 minutes
Put it in a pudding mold with the syrup and put it in the freezer.

CALDA DE CHOCOLATE 
Misture o chocolate em pó com o leite e leve ao fogo mexendo sempre até formar uma calda, depois espalhe no fundo de uma forma de pudim 

CHOCOLATE SYRUP
Mix the chocolate powder with the milk and bring to the fire, always stirring until it forms a syrup, then spread it on the bottom of a pudding mold.
