- Lemon ice cream (or your favorite)1 l
- Maizena Biscuit200 g
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Sighs (to taste)150 g
- Grind the cornstarch biscuit in pulse mode and place in a container.
- Melt the butter and add to the crushed cookies until it becomes firmer. Line the refractory with the cookies, pressing well.
- Make a white brigadeiro with condensed milk and at the end add the cream. The texture has to be very soft. Place over the cookies.
- Take the ice cream of your choice, and place it on top of the brigadeiro, leaving the surface very smooth.
- Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or until firm. When you remove, just throw the chopped sighs on top and that's it.
