Lemon ice cream (or your favorite)1 l
Maizena Biscuit200 g
Margarine4 tablespoon
Condensed milk395 g
Sour cream200 g
Sighs (to taste)150 g

Grind the cornstarch biscuit in pulse mode and place in a container.
Melt the butter and add to the crushed cookies until it becomes firmer. Line the refractory with the cookies, pressing well.
Make a white brigadeiro with condensed milk and at the end add the cream. The texture has to be very soft. Place over the cookies.
Take the ice cream of your choice, and place it on top of the brigadeiro, leaving the surface very smooth.
Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or until firm. When you remove, just throw the chopped sighs on top and that's it.
