- Toddy6 tablespoon
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Milk300 ml
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- In a pan put the milk, condensed milk, the sieved yolks and the corn starch, let it cook until the cream thickens.
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff.
- Mix half of the egg whites with the cream.
- In another pan, place the toddy with 3 tablespoons of water and mix to make the topping.
- In a form put the frosting, then the cream and finally the rest of the snow whites.
- Place in the freezer until firm, about 2 hours.
- Then unmold and enjoy
