  • Grated coconut (for the filling)50 g
  • Margarine (for the filling)2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk (for syrup)120 ml
  • Milk (for syrup)120 ml
  • Grated coconut to finish50 g
  1. Pasta: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the ingredients for the filling.
  2. Mix until the dough is homogeneous (you may need more flour or more milk)
  3. After mixing, knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, knead the dough again for 15 minutes.
  6. Flour the sink or countertop and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter

  15. Brush a beaten egg yolk over the slices and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden.
  16. Turn off the oven and drizzle the slices with a syrup made with 120 ml of condensed milk 120 ml of cow's milk Just mix these two ingredients Use all the syrup so that the slices are very wet
  17. Sprinkle with grated coconut and return the pan to the oven, still hot, for 5 minutes.
  18. Remove from oven and serve
