  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • warm milk2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • For filling, margarine10 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 cup
  • grated coconut200 g
  • For milk syrup2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  1. Mix yeast, sugar and warm milk
  2. Then mix the eggs, margarine and oil.
  3. Finally, add the flour until it doesn't stick to your hand.
  4. Rest for 30 minutes, meanwhile make the filling.
  5. For the filling, mix everything over medium heat until it becomes a cream.
  6. Roll out half of the dough with a rolling pin
  7. Put half of the stuffing and roll like a roulade and then cut the slices
  8. Place the slices in a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
  9. For the syrup, just boil the milk and sugar.
  10. Spread the syrup on the still hot slices, and repeat the process with the other part of the dough.
