  • Flour4.1/2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Warm Milk1 cup
  • Dry yeast10 g
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • (Filling) Butter5 tablespoon
  • (Filling) Sugar1.1/2 cup
  • (Filling) Shredded Coconut100 g
  1. In a bowl: Half the flour+sugar+yeast and mix
  2. Add: Eggs, salt, butter and warm milk, mix and add the rest of the flour
  3. Knead on a floured bench
  4. Let rest for 40 minutes or until doubled in size
  5. Divide the dough in 2
  6. (Stuffing) Mix: sugar and butter until it turns into a dough
  7. Open the dough, put half the stuffing and half the grated coconut
  8. Roll the dough like rocambole and cut
  9. Place the rolls in a greased and floured mold and let it rest for another 40 min.
  10. Bake in the oven at 200° until golden
