How to make lemon mousse truffles.

  • White chocolate bar500 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Lemon juice2 unit(s)
  • Green food coloring to taste
  • Milk or semisweet chocolate bar500 g
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Add the cream and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Finally, add food coloring to taste. (2 drops are enough) Reserve
  4. Melt the chocolate to make the truffle shells, and pour into the molds.
  5. Make two layers and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then add the mousse to the truffles and top with more melted chocolate.
  6. Take it to the fridge for 5 hours and then just unmold.
