- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Soluble chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a blender, beat the milk, cornstarch, chocolate powder and sugar. Pour the mixture into a pan and place over low heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well.
