  • Dark chocolate200 g
  • Whole milk300 ml
  • Cinnamon stick2 unit(s)
  • Hazelnut50 g
  • Allspice1 teaspoon
  • Salt3 g
  • Molasses (Optional)1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. Start by toasting the cinnamon in the very mouth of the fire.
  2. Chop the hazelnuts until they are small pieces.
  3. In a pan, turn on low heat and put the hazelnuts until they toast.
  4. With the side of a knife, beat the allspice until it looks grainy.
  5. Also put the cinnamon stick in the pan.
  6. In the same pan, place the milk, molasses, essence and chocolate.
  7. When the chocolate has completely melted, cover for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the cinnamon stick and place the mixture in a blender and blend very well.
  9. When smooth, add the butter.
  10. Finish with whipped cream.
