- Dark chocolate200 g
- Whole milk300 ml
- Cinnamon stick2 unit(s)
- Hazelnut50 g
- Allspice1 teaspoon
- Salt3 g
- Molasses (Optional)1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Start by toasting the cinnamon in the very mouth of the fire.
- Chop the hazelnuts until they are small pieces.
- In a pan, turn on low heat and put the hazelnuts until they toast.
- With the side of a knife, beat the allspice until it looks grainy.
- Also put the cinnamon stick in the pan.
- In the same pan, place the milk, molasses, essence and chocolate.
- When the chocolate has completely melted, cover for 5 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and place the mixture in a blender and blend very well.
- When smooth, add the butter.
- Finish with whipped cream.
