Milk2 cup
Wheat Flour2 cup
Chocolate powder1 cup
Brown Sugar1 cup
Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
Baking soda1 teaspoon
Honey1/2 cup
Cinnamon1 teaspoon
Clove Powder1/2 teaspoon
Ginger Powder1/2 coffee spoon
Chocolate bar2 unit(s)
Sour cream3 tablespoon
Dulce de leche400 g

Sift the chocolate and flour into a bowl.
Add the milk, sugar, honey, cloves, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well.
Add the yeast and bicarbonate. Stir and pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Take to preheated oven at medium temperature for 45 minutes.
Develop the lukewarm cake and let it cool.
Cut in half and fill with dulce de leche.
Microwave the chopped chocolate for 1 minute. Stir well until melted. Add the cream of milk and mix very well. Throw it over the cake!
