- wheat flour550 g
- honey250 g
- sugar150 g

- cinnamon1 dessert spoon
- Nutmeg1 dessert spoon
- Clove1 dessert spoon
- Grated lemon rind to taste
- baking soda2 teaspoon
- cocoa powder (optional)1 dessert spoon
- Heat the honey in a bain-marie or in the microwave oven until it becomes liquid.
- Mix all the ingredients, and add the flour little by little, until balls form.
- Knead with your hands
- Grease your hands with a little butter, make small balls and flatten them.
- Place them in a greased and floured mold.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20 minutes, until golden brown.
