- Milk500 ml
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Paçoca cork5 unit(s)
- Clove to taste
- Cinnamon raw to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Wash the hominy and let it soak for 4 hours.
- Drain the water and put it in the pressure cooker, cover with water and put the cloves and the raw cinnamon. Cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes.
- With the cooked hominy, add the milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, cream and the paçocas.
- Let it cook for approximately 15 minutes, always stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Pour on a platter or distribute in small bowls, sprinkle the cinnamon powder and serve in sequence.
