No liquidificador adicione o milho e o leite

Bata por 3 minutos

Peneire e retire todo o bagaço do milho


Preparation mode

In the blender add the corn and milk

Beat for 3 minutes

Sieve and remove all the pomace from the corn.


Adicione o liquido batido em uma panela

Acrescente o açúcar,coco ralado e a manteiga

Mexa ate engrossar


Add the beaten liquid to a pan

Add sugar, grated coconut and butter.

Stir until thickened


Quando o doce começar a borbulhar

Continue mexendo por mais 10 minutos

Desligue o fogo e adicione no prato 

Adicione por cima a canela em pó e pronto

When the candy starts to bubble

Continue stirring for another 10 minutes

Turn off the heat and add to the plate.

Add the ground cinnamon on top and you're done.
