  1. Leave the hominy to soak overnight.
  2. The next day, drain the water, add another one and take the hominy to cook for 30 minutes on high heat.
  3. After the pan beeps, leave another 30 minutes on low heat, until the beans are very soft, check by squeezing the beans between your fingers.
  4. When it is at this point, add the milk beaten with coconut milk and the grated coconut.
  5. Then just serve.
