  1. Peel the grated corn with a knife and place it in a blender strainer.
  2. Put it in the pan, add coconut milk, sugar and salt, stir a lot so it doesn't burn at the bottom.
  3. Add a spoon full of butter and stir, add cloves, it's optional and finally, when it's hard, turn off the heat... and put it on the plate or wherever you want...
  4. Or you can do it with grated shaved coconut and then blend it in a blender, then strain it and add the shaved corn and milk to the blender.
  5. Then, put it in the microwave or on the stove for 10 minutes, melt the butter and, in addition to the sugar, salt and a little carton milk if the hominy is hard.
