Beat the condensed milk in the blender until it becomes a thick cream.
Add half a box of cream, beat again and set aside.
In a bowl, chop the chocolate into squares, add the rest of the cream.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until all the chocolate has melted.
Add to the blender along with the cream and beat again.
Hydrate the colorless gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water and microwave for 15 seconds.
Put the rest of the recipe in a blender and blend well.
Now pour the mixture into a large serving dish or into smaller bowls.
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours.
Finish by sprinkling nest milk on top or you can also finish with white chocolate shavings
