- Place the milk and sugar in a large, wide-bottomed saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until boiling (about 15 minutes).
Reduce the heat and continue stirring until you get a light brown candy with a creamy consistency (about 45 minutes).
Transfer the candy to a square shape wait to cool and cut into cubes and serve then.
