- Strawberries1 can(s)
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Wash the strawberries and dry
- In a pan, mash the strawberries with a potato masher or a fork.
- Squeeze half a lemon and mix it with the crushed strawberries and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After resting, add the sugar to the pan and mix constantly, until it dries and reaches the consistency of jelly.
- I didn't let it get too dry, because when it cools, it will be more consistent.
- - Store in a glass jar in the fridge -
- Note: you can also make it with blackberries, it's very good too!
